It's never too late to have straight teeth!

We are delighted to welcome two dentists to our team. Helen Perry is an orthodontist with many years experience in orthodontics (the straightening of teeth). She has helped many people achieve their desired smile.

Do you dislike your crooked teeth? Do you wish you had them straightened when you were younger? Did you know it’s never too late?  Helen can help you.  She treats adults and children. There are various different methods used in orthodontics including the widely advertised Invisalign.  Helen will advise the best solution for you to create your special smile.

The second new team member is Nicky Wright.  Nicky has worked for many years in the area and will join the team as a general dentist on a part time basis and to cover holidays.  Nicky has a friendly, gentle manner and will prove an asset to the team.

Proof that Titchfield Dental Health’s patients receive the best, most comprehensive and advanced range of technologies and treatments came with our winning the ‘Best Dental Team’ award at the highly prestigious Private Dentistry awards in London last November.
This award builds upon the practice’s achievement of two commendations at the 2006 Private Dentistry Awards, when Titchfield Dental Health was awarded second place in the ‘Most Improved Practice’ category and runner up in the ‘Best Employer’ category.

Private Dentistry is the leading journal in UK dentistry and an award is a great accolade. Everyone at the practice works hard to ensure our patients receive the best treatment in the most comfortable and reassuring environment. We are all particularly proud that it was a reward for the whole team and as you can see, we enjoyed the celebrations!

Dentistry Drive

We held another "Drive in Dentistry" evening on Wednesday 16th September from 6pm - 8pm.  People needing a dentist but who hadn't got around to making an appointment, were too nervous to make an appointment or who were just interested in having a look around before committing to an appointment dropped in to meet the team.  The new implant clinic was open and the dentist who carries out implants was available to answer questions. Also an anaesthetist who carries out conscious sedation was available to talk through the procedure. 

Anyone who booked a Dental Health Assessment on the evening received £20 off the normal price of £90. There was also an opportunity to have minor treatments carried out on that evening.

Congratulations to one of our nurses, Marie Colverson, who was married in August to Dan Richards. We all wish the new Mr and Mrs Richards a very happy future together!
