Since graduating from the University of Manchester in 2000 Mehdi has worked in a number of dental practices in Hampshire prior to joining Titchfield Dental Health in January 2006.

Mehdi enjoys all aspects of dentistry but has particular interest in root canal treatments and treating nervous and phobic patients, sometimes with the use of sedation.

Mehdi is committed to continued professional development and in 2007 gained the Postgraduate Certificate in Restorative Dentistry from the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute in London which allowed Mehdi to further refine his skills in the most complex aspects of general dentistry.

Mehdi is currently studying for the Postgraduate Diploma in Implant Dentistry also at the Eastman Institute. Dental implants are the gold standard option when patients are considering replacing teeth for aesthetic or functional reasons.  Mehdi is very excited to be able to offer this treatment to our patients and he is also accepting referrals from other dentists in the area for implant treatment.

Away from the practice, Mehdi lives in Alton with his young family and enjoys a variety of outdoor pursuits including running, cycling and skiing.

Clare qualified in 1987 from Guy's Hospital (United Medical & Dental Schools of Guy’s and St Thomas’s Hospitals) in London. After several years gaining experience at different hospitals and practices and a year travelling around the world, Clare decided to set up her own practice.

Clare was proud to open Titchfield Dental Health in 1993. The practice quickly grew as patients realised that the preventive concept of encouraging dental health for life was successful. The surroundings may have changed from dental caravan, to “bijou” small shop front to the airy custom built practice that Clare opened early 2006, but the preventive philosophy is still the core of the practice 18 years later.

Clare now focuses on creating a special smile so that people can have maximum confidence in this competitive world. Clare is very interested in occlusion - the way the teeth meet. She is also interested in the treatment of headaches, which can be caused by a combination of occlusion and stress.

Clare is passionate about dentistry and the way it enables her to improve people's lives for the better, forever.

She has had many successes in the treatment of headaches caused by an imbalance in the relationship between the jaw joint, muscles and the way the teeth bite.

Clare enjoys undertaking full mouth restorations of badly damaged or worn teeth, restoring the ability of the patient to chew well and effectively, as well as improving their smile if required.

Clare's latest passion is to help people improve the appearance of their teeth, preferably in a non destructive way by a progressive process called Align, Bleach, Bond - ABB for short. If teeth are not straight, they can be ALIGNED using quick acting orthodontics (see Six Month Smiles and Inman Aligner). After or instead of this Teeth can be BLEACHED (whitened) and finally, if they are still not perfect reshaped by adding minute white fillings to the tips - BOND- ABB the minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry - the way to go!

Last but not least, Clare is using the latest CAD CAM technology to produce beautiful same day porcelain crowns and inlays (porcelain fillings) to restore badly damaged or heavily filled teeth. These are called CEREC™ crowns/inlays (see CEREC™ website). They are strong, functional, aesthetic , non destructive restorations that eliminate the need for impressions or a second appointment.

Christine has been a dentist in Hampshire for over 25 years and has joined Titchfield Dental Health to offer both regular dental care and dental implants. As well as working with us, Christine is a member of the oral surgery team at the Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth.

Away from work, Christine is married with 4 children and makes sure that she has plenty of time to pursue her passion, skiing!

Christine has a special interest in oral surgery, and is very proficient at performing surgical procedures, such as extractions, very gently, speedily and painlessly, having had many years of experience working at QA hospital. She can work along side an anaesthetist giving sedation to provide top service for nervous patients. She also undertakes most of the implant placements at the practice. Other than that she enjoys carrying out restorative and cosmetic dentistry, including work of a more complex nature, such as multiple crowns and bridges, or combinations of crowns and dentures.

Judith qualified in 1987 from Guy’s Dental Hospital (United Medical & Dental Schools of Guy’s and St Thomas’s Hospitals) London. After graduating Judith worked in the prosthetics (denture) department at Guy’s Dental Hospital followed by associate general dental positions in London, Sevenoaks and Southampton. She joined Titchfield Dental Health in 1999.

Her first job in the prosthetics department of Guy’s Hospital saw the beginning of a keen interest in dentures. She has since done many postgraduate courses, read widely around the subject and has over twenty years experience helping people to achieve a really functional and aesthetic result from their dentures. Her aim is to make them appear so natural nobody would know they were not their own teeth.

Judith has also had an interest in veterinary dentistry, working with veterinary surgeons in Hampshire and Dorset. She has also taught and been honorary treasurer for the British Veterinary Dental Association, and co-edited the BSAVA Manual of Canine and Feline Dentistry (3rd edition).

During 2003/2004 Judith worked in the Oral Surgery department at Queen Alexandra Hospital, Cosham as an Honorary Clinical Assistant gaining further experience in oral surgery techniques.

Judith is committed to postgraduate learning and was awarded a Diploma in Postgraduate Dental Studies from The University of Bristol in 2010. This followed a three year programme of study providing a greater depth of knowledge in the specific areas of Oral Health & Disease, Periodontology and ‘Wear & Tear’.

She is aware of the need to be constantly improving her skills and learning about new techniques, and so attends both local and national courses each year and reads to achieve this.

Her aim is to provide high quality dentistry in a caring way so that you and your family can enjoy dental health for life.
