Clare, a sincere thank you for all your hard work and dedication through my many months of treatment. Thank you for the smile I have wanted since childhood! It was certainly worth the wait. I will miss my frequent visits to you.

I recently had to secure the services of a dentist and had the good fortune to spot your ad in the Yellow pages. May I say that from the moment of contact your staff were excellent, Sharon was very understanding of the fact that I have a phobia of dentistry and she assured me that you could help me. I met Mehdi and the head nurse who assessed my situation and they were both brilliant with me and reassured me even more. On the dreaded day, Sharon No 2 was on duty and she deserves an extra special mention. I had a sedative to calm me down and Sharon went out of her way to talk to me to reassure me to such a degree that when I went in to have the extractions done I was laughing on the way into the chair. At this point I should mention the skill of Dr Mehdi and his nurse made the experience nowhere near as frightening as I had expected. This is a massive step forward for me after 40 years of misery and fear due to a childhood experience. I feel like I have emerged into the light. I have made an appointment to have an assessment done and although I am not out of the woods yet I feel I will be able to at last attend the Dentist on a regular basis as any normal person does. All the staff I met are an absolute credit to your practice.

Just to thank you again for the fantastic care and treatment you gave Dan yesterday. We really appreciate the trouble you went to for us, your reassurance for us all was just what we needed at the time!! Dan is fine today, just a little bruised around the edges, but no pain in his tooth which is brilliant!

Since registering with Titchfield Dental Health about 12 years ago I have enjoyed a standard of care that genuinely could scarcely be bettered. From my first contact, the entire staff team has displayed skill, interest, kindness and caring. As a patient I really get the feeling that everyone is committed to ensuring that my experience is a positive one.

I would like to thank you all for your help, understanding and patience during my period of treatment. You understood my fear of needles, put my mind at rest, guided me through my treatment to which I feel 100% better. Because of my fear of needles I have not been to a dentist for 44 years. My treatment over a period of four months, was carried out after being explained to me. Because of the state of my teeth I thought I would have to go to hospital for treatment. I would recommend anyone who is nervous for any reason to contact you.

I write this letter in appreciation of the major dental treatment I have received from Clare at Titchfield Dental Health. I am amazed and delighted that after various appointments during which I had 2 bridges, 6 crowns and some fillings all completed with minimum discomfort enabling me to eat a meal within 2 hours of this major treatment. The finished results of all the treatment is a tribute to Clare’s caring attitude and dental skill.

I am writing to thank you for the care and attention you gave me during my recent treatment to whiten my teeth and replace several crowns. It took me quite a while to make my decision to have the treatment, but I am so glad I did. I am extremely pleased with the result and can now smile with a new confidence. I wanted to write and tell you how delighted I am with the porcelain veneers you fitted for me last week. I have been receiving lots of compliments about how white my teeth are – and from those who know- how natural they are. I am amazed that they feel exactly like my own teeth and am so pleased that I decided to splash out on them. Thank you to you and Pip for your patience, I am more than happy with the end result. Comments from a one time nervous patient... The whole experience was unlike any other dentist I had previously visited. The staff were very welcoming and soon put me at my ease. The dentist listened carefully to my concerns and he and his nurse made the whole experience as pain free as possible. After the initial visit, subsequent visits felt more like going to see friends than just going to the dentist.

Just a note to thank you for my bridge. It was a big step for me after nearly 40 years with a denture, and felt quite “strange” for a while. My old friends said I looked much better and my new friends don’t know. Now it seems I have always had “normal” teeth and I am so pleased you eventually talked me into it. Thanks again.
